Mit unserer Bestätigung ist der Gastaufnahmevertrag abgeschlossen.
Der Abschluss dieses Vertrages verpflichtet die Vertragspartner zur Erfüllung des Vertrages.
Gleichgültig, auf welche Dauer der Vertrag abgeschlossen ist.
Gebuchte Zimmer stehen dem Gast ab 15.00 Uhr (an Sonn- und Feiertagen von September
bis Ende April ab 17.00 Uhr) des vereinbarten Anreisetages zur Verfügung.
Der Gast hat keinen Anspruch auf frühere Bereitstellung.
Bei Stornierung, Umbuchung oder Nichtanreise behält sich der Hotelier vor, dem Gast Ausfallgebühren (non-show fee) von 90 % des vereinbarten Zimmerpreises zu berechnen.
Eine geleistete Anzahlung wird in keinem Fall zurückerstattet.
Nicht in Anspruch genommene Pauschalleistungen können nicht ersetzt werden.
Die Hausordnung ist einzuhalten.
Für Buchung/Reservierung über Internet bzw. E-Mail ist die vollständige Angabe der Anschrift des Gastes unbedingt erforderlich. Sonst kann keine bindende Reservierungsbestätigung erfolgen.
Am vereinbarten Abreisetag sind die Zimmer dem Hotel spätestens um 10.00 Uhr geräumt zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Der Gast ist verpflichtet, für die vertragüberschreitende Nutzung des Zimmers bis 12.00 Uhr 50 % des Übernachtungspreises als Nutzungsentgeld an das Hotel zu zahlen.
Dauert die vertragsüberschreitende Nutzung des Zimmers über 12.00 Uhr hinaus an, ist der Gast verpflichtet, 100 % des Übernachtungspreises als Nutzungsentgeld an das Hotel zu zahlen.
Das Hotel ist an die mit dem Gast vereinbarten Preise nicht mehr gebunden, wenn der Gast nach Vertragsschluss die Anzahl der gebuchten Zimmer, die vereinbarten Leistungen des Hotels oder die Dauer des Aufenthaltes des Gastes ändern möchte.
Das Hotel ist berechtigt, bei oder nach Vertragsabschluss von dem Gast eine Anzahlung (in Höhe der 1/2 des vorraussichtlichen Gesamtpreises)
oder Sicherheitsleistung in Höhe des voraussichtlichen Gesamtpreises für den Hotelaufenthalt zu verlangen.
Im Falle einer Stornierung wird die Anzahlung nicht rückvergütet.
Zahlt ein Gast eine vereinbarte Vorauszahlung auch binnen einer vom Hotel gesetzten angemessen Nachfrist nicht, so ist das Hotel berechtigt, vom Vertrag zurückzutreten oder Schadenersatz wegen Nichterfüllung zu verlangen.
Alle Tierliebhaber bitten wir um Verständnis, dass für ihre vierbeinigen Freunde unser Haus nicht der richtige Platz ist.
Ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand ist Erlangen.
EMPFEHLUNG
Wir empfehlen unseren Gästen den Abschluss einer Reise- Rücktrittkosten- Versicherung.
Wenn Sie durch unvorhergesehene Ereignisse Ihre Reise nicht antreten können oder außerplanmäßig beenden müssen, ersetzt diese Versicherung die Rücktrittkosten. Formulare für eine derartige Versicherung erhalten Sie in jedem Reisebüro oder im Internet.
General terms of business
Our confirmation of the guest´s booking seals the contract with the guest.
Sealing of the contract binds the contracting partners to adhere to the contract conditions for the contract duration.
Booked rooms are available for use by the guest from 15:00 hrs (from September until the end of April, on Sundays and holidays from 17:00 hrs).
The guest has no right to earlier occupation of the room.
In the event of cancellation, changes or not travelling, the hotelier reserves the right to charge the guest 90 % of the agreed room price for a non -show.
Pre-payments are not refunded under any circumstances.
No compensation will be given if parts of an agreed package are not used.
The rules of the house must be kept.
The guest´s full address is always required for reservation/booking by the internet or e-mail, otherwise no binding booking confirmation can be given.
On the agreed day of departure, the rooms must be cleared and made available to the hotel no later than at 10:00 hrs.
If the room is occupied up to 12:00 hrs, the guest will be charged 50 % of the overnight accommodation charge for exceeding the contracted use of the room.
If the room continues to be used after 12:00 hrs, the guest will be charged 100 % of the overnight accommodation price for exceeding the contracted use of the room.
The hotel is not bound to honour the agreed prices if the guest wishes to change the number of booked rooms, the agreed terms or the duration of the stay after the contract has been made.
The hotel is entitled to request a pre-payment (1/2 of the expected total price) on or after sealing the contract, or for a security deposit at the rate of the expected total price of the hotel accommodation.
In the event of a cancellation the pre-payment is not refunded.
If a guest does not pay an agreed pre-payment within the time set by the hotel, the hotel is entitled to withdraw from the contract or to require a payment for non-compliance.
We ask all animal lovers to realise that our house is not an appropriate place for four-legged friends.
In the event of a dispute, the court at Erlangen will be the sole arbiters.
Recommendation:
We recommend that our guests take out an insurance policy against cancellation.
If you cannot start your journey because of unforeseen circumstances, or must end it for unplanned reasons this insurance will reimburse the cancellation costs.
Insurance policy forms can be obtained from all travel agents or via the internet.
